Feedback, Suggestions & Complaints

Compass Whitsundays encourages feedback, suggestions and complaints from clients, staff and other members of the community.  Feedback, suggestions and complaints enable Compass Whitsundays to improvement our services.  Compass Whitsundays aims to deal with complaints and act on feedback/suggestions promptly and fairly.

People have the right to complain and provide feedback/suggestions in relation to any aspect of Compass Whitsundays.  Anyone making a complaint or providing feedback/suggestions will not be made to feel threatened or fearful of retribution.
