Eligibility

To be eligible a person must have a disability as defined by the Disability Services Act 2006, be an Australian resident and live in Queensland.  The disability must be an intellectual, psychiatric, cognitive, neurological, sensory or physical impairment.  The disability must result in a substantially reduced capacity that inhibits day to day functioning and requires support above that of a person of the same age without a disability.

Access
